The Bilini olive oil tasting room is located at Vidikovac 68 in Pula. We are open from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Please note: credit cards are not accepted. We only accept cash.

Inside our small but cozy tasting room you will have the opportunity to see some of the many awards and medals won by our EVOO blend Bilini.

Among other nice things, our tasting room features a TV which displays a video in which you can see the whole process of an olive-growing season. From planting new trees, plowing and pruning, to picking olives and producing new olive oil.
