Our Bilini extra virgin olive oil is a mixture of Istrian and Italian varieties. Our olive oil has a beautiful, intense golden yellow color with delicate green shades. Its smell is specific and clean, rich in the fragrant admixture of medicinal herbs with a distinct note of mint, rosemary and sage. Its taste is round and strong, with a rich herbal taste of artichoke, wild chicory and lettuce, with notes of almond and cinnamon.
