EVOO Bilini on Instagram

Family farm Rakovac follows modern trends, thus – in the case you didn’t know – we are present on the most popular social network based on photos: Instagram.

We post photos from our olive-growing life on Instagram. Digging, pruning, fertilizing, transplanting, protecting, harvesting, packing bottles with our olive oil Bilini, our beautiful faces … you will be able to find it all on our Instagram profile: instagram.com/bilini_maslinovo_ulje/

Olive growing is difficult, as are most other agricultural activities. Difficult, but also very fulfilling. We hope that – through the photos we post on our Instagram profile – we will successfully display all the phases of olive growing and producing high quality extra virgin olive oil.

1. A cold, misty dawn in the second half of October this year. The time of day when we started harvesting olives;
2. Our Saša and his faithful Zanon olive harvester;
3. Part of harvested olives from this year’s harvest. The dominating cultivar in this picture is Istarska bjelica (if you are wondering why our fresh-pressed olive oil Bilini “stings” in your throat a little more this year, these yellowish-green beauties in the picture above are the main reason ?)
