Seventh Gold Award for Bilini at the NYIOOC!

We are proud to announce that our extra virgin olive oil Bilini has once again been awarded a Gold Award at the New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC) – the most prestigious global competition dedicated to extra virgin olive oils. This marks our seventh gold medal for Bilini, a testament to the consistent quality and dedication we bring year after year.
At this year’s competition held in April 2025, among more than 1,200 entries from around the world, the expert judging panel once again recognized the aromatic complexity, exceptional balance, and freshness of our oil.
Our journey with the NYIOOC began in 2018, when we earned our first gold. More gold medals followed in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and now in 2025.
The only year we had to skip was 2020, when, due to the pandemic and logistical challenges, our sample did not arrive in time.
This new recognition motivates us to continue caring for our olive groves in Istrian hinterland with the same passion and dedication. We harvest all our olives by hand and process them within hours to preserve their freshness and nutritional value.
