Holidays are on the way and good food is on our mind more often than usual. If you would like to taste something <strong>quick, tasty, warm<\/strong> and with a <strong>great aroma of olives and olive oil<\/strong>, give this recipe a chance. Bread with olives and olive oil simply rules!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"section-header\" class=\"section-header\">Bread with olives and olive oil &#8211; Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 eggs,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 yogurt (200 ml),<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fill the empty yogurt cup with 200 ml of <a href=\"https:\/\/opg-rakovac.hr\/en\/istrian-extra-virgin-olive-oil-bilini\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">olive oil<\/a>,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fill 3 empty yogurt cups with soft flour,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 baking powder,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salt to taste (approx. 1 tea spoon).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"section-header\" class=\"section-header\">Preparation:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heat the oven to 180\u2070 C. Bespread olive oil on an oblong bread mold (size 27 x 9 cm) and sprinkle flour over it. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hip the eggs and slowly add oil while mixing. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt. Reduce the whipping speed and slowly, alternately add yogurt and flour with baking powder and salt. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour into the prepared mold and bake for 30 min., or until the bread gets a golden yellow colour. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the bread is baked, leave it in the mold for a couple of minutes, then take it out to cool down and\u2026 enjoy!.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4232\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4232\" style=\"width: 903px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4232 size-full\" title=\"Bread with olives and olive oil\" src=\"https:\/\/opg-rakovac.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/brza-poga\u010da-s-maslinama-i-maslinovim-uljem.jpg\" alt=\"Bread with olives and olive oil\" width=\"903\" height=\"507\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4232\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Photo 1: bread with olives and olive oil<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Creative touch<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This was the basic recipe, however, this bread also goes great with creative \u201cadd-ons\u201d. In the summer, I love this bread with sliced roasted peppers and <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Feta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">feta cheese<\/a>. It would also taste great with dried tomatoes. However, this variant seen on the picture above &#8211; with sliced green olives from brine &#8211; is the best thing for the festive season.
