We have just learned that the extra virgin olive oil Bilini<\/strong> has been included in the elite guide<\/strong> of the best olive oils in the world Flos Olei. For the fifth year in a row<\/strong>. The Flos Olei 2021<\/strong> guide will be printed soon:<\/p>\n

Istria pronounced the best olive growing region in the world. Again.<\/h2>\n

This is a special honour for all Istrian olive growers. For the sixth year in a row, the editorial board of the Flos Olei guide named Istria the best olive growing region in the world.<\/p>\n

This is definitely a significant thing and a great wind in the back for the marketing activities of Istrian olive growers. When we say Istrian, we also mean our friends from the Slovenian part of Istria and their top quality oils, of course.<\/p>\n

To our small family farm, all of this presents a great pleasure. A huge effort invested throughout the year pays off. Hours, days and weeks in olive groves. Frying in the sun, freezing in bura wind. Constantly spending time with our beautiful trees, whom we know individually as if they were old friends. ?<\/p>\n

Flos Olei 2021<\/h2>\n

This year’s Flos Olei (the 2020 issue<\/a>) was not presented at a gala event organized by the Tourist Board of Istria<\/a>, as is the case every year. You know the reason: the damned COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

For this reason, Istrian olive growers have been invited by the Istria County Tourist Board to pick up their copy of the guide at the tourist board offices.<\/p>\n

We truly hope that the ceremonial presentation of the 2021 issue of Flos Olei will be held. If so, it will be in one of the beautiful places carefully chosen by the organizing team of the Tourist Board of Istria.<\/p>\n
