Olive oil Bilini is produced from mixed fruit from different olive cultivars. Its taste is a result of combining the best qualities of each individual cultivar. It celebrates Istrian olive growing tradition. Simultaneously, multi-layerness of flavor, high quality, constancy and Ujedno, višeslojnost aroma, visoka kvaliteta, postojanost i longevity are added arguments why we chose this method of production.
We have just found out that our olive oil Bilini is included in the guide of the world’s premier EVOO: Flos Olei 2020 !!!
Today we cultivate Bilini’s land, with a growing feeling that the land is permanent, while all of us, modest farmers – generation after generation – are only transitory steps in its continuance. Today, the land has us and our olive yards. We produce good oil, on clean land and we are grateful for that.
Olive oil is among the healthiest foodstuffs known to man since the beginning of time.
We produce our olive oil first and foremost for us, our friends and relatives. We sell the surplus.
Our olive yards are located in a picturesque, authentic Istrian village named Rakovci. A mile away from the town of Baderna, only 6 miles from Poreč.
