Hyperoxide sind die Hauptindikatoren f\u00fcr die Autoxidation in \u00d6l. Unser Bilini hat 0,12%, das ist 7 mal weniger als der Grenzwert. Das bedeutet, dass unser Bilini eine 7-mal h\u00f6here Qualit\u00e4t hat als extra natives Oliven\u00f6l, das etwa 0,80% freie Fetts\u00e4uren enth\u00e4lt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Der Peroxidwert f\u00fcr natives Oliven\u00f6l extra muss unter 20 liegen.
